The FastArm Training Method

USE THE FAST ARM, MOBILIZER ARCH, and CUFF MAX FOR A COMPLETE FASTARM TRAINING METHOD

The FAST ARM METHOD uses 3 unique products to enhance a baseball or softball players throwing mechanics, flexibility, and strength targeting the scapula, rotator cuff, elbow, forearm, wrist and hand. The FAST ARM, MOBILIZER ARCH, and CUFF MAX are 3 devices that help improve a players ability to absorb more kinetic energy supplied by the lower body segments. The upper body members must be able to store and release all the energy that is generated from the ground up.

The MOBILIZER ARCH acts as a lever arm using different positions on the players body as pivot points so that active exercise patterns can take place. Elastic tubing provides addition tension that can be used to provide both active and passive motion. The MOBILIZER ARCH is used for lower body flexibility using CONTRACT RELAX technique to improve hip function used in throwing.

The CUFF MAX isolates the rotate cuff focused on concentric and eccentric resistance.

The FAST ARM of choice, FAST ARM PRO, FAST ARM JR., or FAST ARM MAX are all throwing simulators used to improve all phases of the throwing motion.

These 3 dynamic products and the exercises in the FAST ARM METHOD booklet promise to give you a complete throwing system.

Mitch Williams MLB Analyst and 16 year Professional baseball player is using the FAST ARM JR. with his nine year old AAU baseball travel team.
