FastArm Q & A with Mitch Williams

When former major league pitcher Mitch Williams picked up a FastArm in the winter of 2012, he went right to work and put it to use with his 8-year-old son. Williams saw immediate results, and recently answered some of our questions about his experience with the revolutionary throwing aid.

What do you like most about the FastArm?

It teaches kids to get their fingers on top of the baseball, and their elbow above their shoulder.

How has it helped your son, Declan, be a better ballplayer?

It has helped Declan learn to get on top of the ball and finish his throwing delivery.

What ways do you recommend using the FastArm?

I recommend it as a coach because you can see instantly when a young kids mechanics are bad. The added weight helps strengthen the muscles needed in throwing a baseball correctly.
